Grievance & Redressal

The Grievance Redressal Cell is responsible for addressing grievances and recommending final actions to be taken at the institutional level for their resolution. Students can approach the committee members with grievances related to both academic and non-academic matters. The committee will conduct an inquiry into the grievances, gather relevant information, and propose appropriate actions to resolve them effectively.

The objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell include:

• To establish and maintain a supportive environment where students can comfortably address their grievances related to academic and non-academic
• To proactively identify and address grievances through effective communication and intervention strategies.
• To carefully analyze complaints and representations from aggrieved students, and to initiate necessary actions in collaboration with relevant authorities for timely redressal.
• To solicit and consider periodic suggestions from students for continuous improvement of institutional processes and policies

Resposibilities:

• At the departmental level, grievances are initially handled by the concerned mentors, class coordinators, and department heads in a timely manner.
• The Grievance Redressal Cell will review the unresolved grievance, conduct further investigation if necessary, and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue at the institutional level.
